Susan knows real estate like Stephen Hawking knew physics. She has owned ten homes in four of the nine states in which she has resided, ranging from a condominium to a spacious home on an acreage homesite, and from older homes to new builds. Susan personally designed one of her homes and has worked closely with independent custom builders as well as large national production builders.

Susan is well versed in all segments of the residential real estate industry, including all the potential obstacles and intricacies of the home buying and selling process. She understands what her clients expect from their REALTOR® and she delivers by helping each home buyer and seller seamlessly navigate the nuances of their real estate transaction in order to avoid any possible pitfalls. Susan is knowledgeable about metro Denver neighborhoods, investment properties, financing, and more.

Susan is a retired Air Traffic Control Supervisor who has excelled in her second career in real estate. She earned her M.A. degree in Corporate Communications with highest honors and an M.S. degree in Toxicology and Pharmacology.
